There seems to be a spurt in sex crimes. Of late intellectual class and NGO sector have gone very much vocal on women's issues while at the same time are advocating freedom of choice as a philosophy of life for the young that encourages them to be more and more unconcerned about the effect of their activities on the society at large. this is contrary to each other. The philosophy is advocated for a short time advantage without mind to the large issue involved. Youths are biting the bait at their own cost as well as net loss to society
