This is a civil action arising under international law and the laws of the United States of America on behalf of plaintiffs hereafter referred to as the worldwide class of SECRET BANK ACCOUNT HOLDERS, including their estates and beneficiaries, who have suffered monetary loss due the systematic, deceitful and corrupt financial practices by UBS AG and its predecessors Union Bank of Switzerland and Swiss Banking Corporation.
