Bribery Scandal

Bribing becomes a complex issue when organizations try to win contracts in foreign countries. The theory supports the fact that bribery is both unethical and illegal but at the same time it could be very complex to identify the ethical and legal problems with bribery (Onkvisit & Shaw, 2009). Therefore bribing could also be just a cost to get contracts in foreign countries.
