Case Study - Peppercorn Dining

In the Peppercorn Dinning case the entry and contracting process was planned by Erica as she had already worked at Peppercorn Dining and must know the insides about the operations of the restaurant. The Consultants Roger, Lynn and Erica took the project based on personal relationship and formed a successful agreement to continue with auditing the operations of Peppercorn Restaurant. A successful contracting meeting is a meeting where the consultants and clients reach to continue operations at the end of the meeting (Anderson, 2012). Therefore the consultants have made the entry strategically and reached the contract to audit the restaurant.
