Chevron v Donziger: Chevron Memorandum seeking in camera review of certain documents

Chevron is asking Judge Kaplan to privately review certain emails that were brought to it by "an individual unaffiliated with Chevron." They may be relevant to claims of a "conspiracy against Chevron," and some allegedly include Alexis Mera, a legal advisor to Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa, as either a sender or recipient. Chevron also claims that an attachment to one of the emails was a confidential document subject to a court protective order.
