To quote the late, great Gil Scott Heron - ‘Don’t Wanna involved In This One!’… This was always going to be the hardest book to write. So we have done a year, used ALL we can, pushing everything to the limit the previous year, but along that journey & steep learning curve, we have honed our skills. Technique & simplicity are what i take forward into the new year, forewarned is for armed as they say. So I approach the coming year with Clarity, above ALL else. Allowing me to be a little bit more transparent, so no hiding. We know whats in store & we know how to use it. Winter will pass in to Spring, its just this time We have a much clearer, more defined idea of how We will do it… Again massive thanks go out to my suppliers, who tirelessly work to give us the best Shropshire has to offer - Samantha Gray, Rob Swift, Setonaikai, Great Berwick Organic’s, Barkworth’s Seafood’s, Netherton Foundry, Rowlands, Adam Reoun, Sarah Hampton, Martin & Beth Moyden and Stu & Netty, our foraging guys from Berrington.
