Dear Sir/Madam, Good day.I would like to draw your kind attention that I am a Chief Marine Engineer,holding certificate of competency class-1 from U.K. I have a sailing experience of about 10 years with various rank including Chief engineer and shore job experience of more than 4 years as a Tehcnical manager and technical superintendent including DPA & CSO. Presently I am working as a Technical Manager as well as DPA & CSO with Crystal navigation Ltd' Bangladesh.My present company have two foreign going merchant vessel and eight deep sea fishing vessel. I am the key person for technical and safety & security matter.All vessels are operating under my supervision. My present Job responsibilities as below- 1) I maintain liaise with local and overseas concern department(classification society,flag administration,PSC,MMD etc) to operate the vessel with high standard level and ISM compliance. 2) Procurement department are working under my supervision to ensure proper spares and stores are supplying to all vessel. 3) Manning department are working under my supervision to ensure proper and suitable seafarer are providing to all vessel for smooth vessel operation. 4) I maintain liaise with vessel Master and Chief engineer to share technical advice for smooth running of the vessel. 5) Yearly budget for repairing, strores,spares,drydocking etc are carried out by myself. 6) All vessel drydocking and repairing are carried out locally and internationally under my supervision.
