He has had senior roles in the areas of business innovation and improvement, strategic planning, data quality management, business level enterprise architecture, systems analysis/design, project management plus data and information management. In his most recent role he was head of innovation at the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd. Rob has a well developed ability to effectively engage with people at all levels and across all business sectors. He has developed and delivered solutions, techniques and training courses in applying Kaizen to IT, innovation process and data analysis/mapping, business modelling and application design, strategic planning and team alignment, and balanced scorecard and executive reporting. James Price, Managing Director, Experience Matters James is the founder and Managing Director of Experience Matters, a firm providing business advice in the management of data, documents, content and knowledge. James is currently leading a global project with the University of Lethbridge in Canada and the University of South Australia researching the issues surrounding the governance of intellectual assets. James has worked with some of Australia’s and the world’s largest organisations.
