Depth-Kam1-Harland

The Depth portion of this Knowledge Area Module contains two parts. The first is an annotated bibliography that contains fifteen recent journal articles all describing a different aspect of technology integration into university teacher education programs. The second part of the depth is a comprehensive paper discussing the implications of current and future teachers preparation programs on today’s society. The topics; barriers to technology integration at the university level, the role of universities in preparing new teachers in technology and several case studies of successful technology-rich teacher education programs round out the paper.
