EMA BusinessPlus Mar 2007 meeting

Remember this meeting like it was just yesterday. These were the days when I had a leadership role in the changing of Auckland's local government. I'm proud of what was achieved and my predictions were not far off that in 2007 the changes should be put off until the 2010 local elections.
