Glomac Berhad : Buys Land In Cyberjaya - 01/09/2010

♦ Buys land in Cyberjaya. Glomac announced that it has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Cyberview Sdn Bhd and Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of 7 acres of land in Cyberjaya, for a purchase consideration of RM27.4m. The company will finance the acquisition through a combination of internal funds and bank borrowings.
