Guyana Anti-Money Laundering Memorandum

This Memorandum is submitted to the Special Select Committee on Money Laundering, National Assembly, Guyana. It is hoped that it would form part of the considerations the Committee take into account as part of its dedicated deliberations on the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation (AML&CFT), (Amendment) Bill 2013.
