Indian Army, Police and Para Military Force animals needs welfare - Miss Sukanya Kadyan

Kindly refer to the article 51 A (g) of Indian Constitution, read with the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, upholding animal rights, whereas Indian Army, Police and Para Military Force animals doesn't have their welfare rules and regulations but PFA Haryana appreciate Haryana Police for offering the force animals for further adoption instead auctioning. Animal Welfare Party / OIPA - Indian People for Animals Abhishek Kadyan with Miss Sukanya Kadyan, demand to introduce rules and regulations for the welfare of Indian Army, Police and Para Military Force animals because these animals are exempted from the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
