Kerry Lugar Bill

Most of us want to know what is it all about. To sum it up. US wants to gain some moral grounds in the eyes of the people of Pakistan. For what purpose? Don't they enjoy global popularity? If the US does not, then what has tarnished her image? Meanwhile, is Kerry Luger Bill an appropriate answer (by US) given to the only demand placed (by Pakistan) 'to give all that it takes to fight US's war against terrorism'? What if the Pakistanis (like they are doing it right now without the help of any foreign support) decide not to take the 'bait'. Would it not risk it all. Think!
