In this unpublished decision, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) reopened proceedings at which the respondent was removed in absentia despite her failure to notify the immigration court of her change of address. The Board noted that the immigration judge had advanced the hearing by nearly a month and that the respondent exercised diligence in filing her motion and was the beneficiary of an approved visa petition.
