It has also been recommended by the Planning Board and was favorably referred by the Ordinance Committee. Regarding the proposed ordinance, City officials' discussions with Mass DPH indicates that the state is on schedule to produce regulations by the end of May. When that occurs a city task force will begin again the task of drafting a proposed ordinance.
