MIDAADI

Ode written by Shaykh Ahmadou Bamba Mbacke; Servant of the Prophet {PBUH}, entitled; Midaadi:- "My Ink", Midaadi:- "My Ink"✦ "Whoever obeys the Messenger, obeys [thereby] God " (Quran S4 V80) IN THE NAME OF GOD, THE MERCIFUL THE CLEMENT Oh my GOD! Accord Peace, Salutation and Blessing to the one who You have Praised, purified (from corruption) and confirmed by Your Word: "Whoever obeys the Messenger, obeys [thereby] GOD " S4 V80 Our Lord and Master Muhammad thus his family and His companions. Grants His servant who praised through his verses below at sea and that You have brought back to the mainland favors that most of His servants envy; May GOD THE MOST HIGH accord Him Peace and Salutation, at the moment and in the future, without disorder, nor enmity, nor anything that bothers or night and it is forever. Ameen! O Lord of the Worlds! << In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful >> 1} My ink and my plume return to the ONE who has alienated the waves as He chased Satan, as well as the anguish and ignorance 2} GOD has removed the danger that affects all creatures, my Refuge in the Eternal Being who has blessed my service 3} I am saved from hell and Satan both combined, thereby accessing the ranks of servants of the One who holds the most High Eminence 3} I have the ambition, through my eulogy in honor of Him whose benefaction have reached me and which, certainly, 4} I am part of His people because of what He has reserved for me 5} Devoting myself to the adoration of The RICH whose existence as a fellow being is totally absurd, as in Down here and the Hereafter, the Splendor is manifested in me 6} I banished the emphasis by respect for God - His Majesty KINGLY! - of my eulogy to the address of Him whose praise dissipates grief 7} God has subjected the time by the Grace of the Most Pure Elected (Al Mustapha); on Him both prayers of the Lord, and, at any place 8} My belief forbid doubt, secretly and obviously, and my Lord granted me, in the Name of the Prophet, joy and security 9} It is the responsibility of my right hand a written tribute to popularize Traditions of the Intercessor who protected me from the unjust, without prejudice 10} I exult because I gained spiritual insight by his inspiration and I, in my opinion, abundantly watered by the Purest Waters 11} My Lord has shortened the duration of my spiritual journey by His Grace [the Prophet], it is obvious that the most efficient service came back, after having escaped [from others] 12} I have shortened the route of the men of spirituality at the moment or his eulogy and I realized He made me fulfilled the vows by the Purification of the [soul] and liberality 13} It is my responsibility a great service at the place of the Splendid Person, beautifully rendered, and it is for the Satisfaction of my LORD, Master of the creatures, PROVIDER OF BEAUTY 14} I gave my thanks for the only Satisfaction of God, with the purity of my heart and I said, to the satisfaction of one whose Traces are followed (Al Muqaffa) and whose coming [was highly desirable] 15} May that the two most sustainable greetings of The One who makes Perfect be given to the Elect the Most Pure (Al Mukhtar) and his family and his companions whose profit is identical to mine 16} LORD! lead towards the best chosen one (Al Mukhtar) what he preferred, give him Peace and Salutation and increase His Nobility 17} Forwarding to the One who is the Selected (Al Muntaquâ) the Joy and grant him the Predominance then, in my case, authorize me the service and magnify it 18I say: Oh my GOD! accord on my behalf Prayer and Salutation to Him who is the Selected and His faction whose love is my secret 19} Make flock towards Him Gifts above its Favors, enlarge for Him the splendor of His elegance in its Beauty 20} Decreed in His favor, by my service, I am the joy of his family and his companions, His joy to Himself and that of His Supporters 21} Address hi
