There are many challenges that go along with the responsibilities as Mayor. The most important challenge is to insure that my administration has the mindset to have only one agenda, which is to move Port Clinton forward. Because I have been so fortunate with the people I have chosen to be a part of my administration we have accomplished much in a short amount of time. We have identified a list of many possible ways to make the city run more efficiently but I have only highlighted a few of these in the following paragraphs.
