New Kantian Philosophers

Even though the relationship between worldview and philosophy thus appears to be a problematic one from a contemporary point of view, the roots of the concept do lie within the philosophical domain. Moreover, several nineteenth and early twentieth century philosophers identified philosophy and worldview. I will therefore examine these philosophical roots of the concept of worldview, the arguments with which worldview and philosophy were identified, and the changes the concept underwent which lead to the separation of the two.
