Obama Letters to Kenya Page 3 September 29 2009

The Obama administration wrote letters to 15 Kenyan ministers, lawmakers and permanent secretaries expressing concern and displeasure. Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki wrote back to Obama saying he was out of step with the international protocol in the conduct of relations between friendly nations.
