Plan to Develop Telugu Language

Telugu is one of the ancient surviving and matured language of the world. It ranks in the first fifteen (15) spoken languages of the world. It is the highest spoken language south of “line of cancer” (latitude 23° 27' 00") excluding European native languages. Telugu is a treasure of classical literature compared to any surviving European languages. This paper high lights what is to be done to acieve its past glory.
