This case studies focuses on the internationalization of Stanrd Russian, through its Vodka selling in the US, or increasing its inner incomes through its new banking activity. In order to develop its incomes, Roust Inc. has two options. First is the expansion of Russian Standard Vodka in the US. Being one of the largest spirit market in the world, getting to enter this market would allow Roust Inc. to increase its consumer and, i.e. its incomes. Moreover, it would be less dependent of the sole inner Russia market. On the other hand, its other business unit, Russian Standard Bank would be a good way to diverse its incomes, while supporting its other business units. With a strong customer bank, Roust Inc. would be able to strengthen its position in its inner market before expanding, while financing its own customers. They could, in return, spend their money in Roust Inc. products.
