Certain Indian intellectuals said how could we punish the culprits of Delhi rape as punished in certain country where they are either hanged on the pole outside a road, or whipped or stoned or their hands cut off and thrown away...., we are cultured country and should not compelled to the demands of the public and punish our culprits like those countries. They are our men, they are our people too, how could we punish them like that... they pretended that the culprits are from the poor family and so they are born and brought up like that which is usual what they did..... This statistics presents the facts to proof that criminals are not a result of poverty, neither they are the results of culture. Criminals are criminals and they should be punished likewise which naturally comes out from the mouth of VICTIMS to whom these intellectuals are turning their deaf dumb and blind senses.
